Yes, that’s true. The distance between Earth and Moon is 384,400 Kilometers. So if we do the maths:

~ Time taken = Distance/Velocity
Distance: 384,400KM
Velocity: 95KM/H
Time taken = 384,400/95
Time Taken = 4,046 hours.

So, if we convert 4,046 hours into months, we get 5.5. This proves that it will take under 6 months to reach moon by car traveling at 60MPH. And if we increase the speed to something like a super-car, say 200MPH, it will take only 80 days to reach Moon!

In 1891, James Lambert was driving a gasoline powered buggy-style car with his fellow passenger named James Swoveland. They both were traveling on a road until they hit a tree root coming out from the ground. The driver lost control over the car and collided it into a hitching post.
