China Telecom Head Under Investigation


The head of Chinese telecommunication is placed under investigation due to suspicious cause of corruption. The ruling party of China Communist in Beijing are going to expand its anti-corruption campaign to more sectors of the state.

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection wrote on its website that the Head of China telecom Chang Xiaobing had severe suspicions to violate disciplines.

The Commission did not provide any details on Chang’s violation of administrative regulations but the unclear term is typically termed as corruption.

Chang was former Chairman of China Unicom telecommunication. He was made head of the China telecom in August.
